Meet Carson, one of the most active 2 year olds you might ever come across! This little guy has so much energy, so it takes a lot of energy to keep up with him :) I spent some time a few Saturday's ago chasing Carson around outside his home. It was fun and best of all I was able to capture Carson doing the things he loves to do!

I have a very large family and while I was home for the Thanksgiving Holiday I was asked to take some family pictures. Above the text is the whole family, above that picture is my dad, step mom Karen, Abby, Baker, Mallory, Susanne, Kiley, Hannah, and Molly Kate; top row from left to right Barrett (Emily's hubby), Emily, Buck, Andrew (my hubby), and Evian (me). The picture I was just describing is the picture that is going to be used for our family Christmas card. It was pretty cold outside, but a bunch of fun to take! The letters we are holding added so much character to the picture. I am so excited. Being around family, especially my family is always fun plus there is never a dull moment :) The picture above that is of my two nephews Carson and Evan, how adorable. They are so precious.

I am 22 years old, live in Lincoln, Nebraska and am married to a wonderful man named Andrew. My passion for photography began when I was 10 years old. My parents had a Canon Rebel 35mm that I began to use becoming familiar with the camera and finally just snapping away. Quickly I became intrigued with photography, and as time went on I began painting backdrops on my parents basement wall and dressing my little sisters up to take pictures. Next thing I knew waiting for the film to be processed was my favorite thing, the anticipation about killed me though :) Since the begining of my picture taking I have not been one to carry my camera around with me to take pictures of just anything. To capture, people, families, and children in their every day business is what I most love. A picture not posed is a picture worth taking. I love to get people when they aren’t looking, but I also love to capture what someone is like inside and out by a still portrait. Black and white photography has always caught my eye and I love the soft hues it creates. I have been taking pictures as a side hobby for a few years, and now I feel very blessed that God has given me the opportunity to spend more time making my passion for photography come alive through a business. I am grateful for the many opportunities i have had so far to photograph people, and capture love. In my business I will work hard to meet your needs, and together we will strive to reach picture perfection. Thanks for taking the time to read and learn a little about me. Engagement

This was too much fun, taking some time before the sun set we hopped around to a few different places. We started in the Haymarket and ended up at the Sunken Gardens. It was a blast!

Kidos

I had such a great time photographing these kids, each one has their own personality and it definitely shows in each photo. Thanks T, K, J, and R for letting me take some pics!
